Free Fast Delivery - No Hidden Charges
You can easily book your delivery when you checkout online, simply select the day you want your delivery to arrive, then one of our delivery co-ordinatos will call you to arrange a convenient time for the delivery to take place. Next day delivery is available on some items as long as we have the order placed before 12 PM. Please contact us via telephone to place your order 01455 613899 for next day delivery.

We deliver 7 days a week, and now deliver into the London area on Saturday.

Alternate Delivery Address Than What Matches Your Credit Card
This is not a problem, however an additional security check will need to be done in order to prevent fraud. As a result, you may experience a short delay with the delivery of your product.


 

Delivery on Smaller Items  
Our smaller Items are shipped with the royal mail and are usually delivered by the postman , they will usually attempt to deliver by the door but if you are not at home they will either card you or leave the item with a neighbour and again should card you with this information  . If for any reason you aren’t at home, the driver will leave a note saying we left your product with a neighbour or at the local depot. 

Delivery For Large Items 
We usually dispatch dining sets , beds , sofas and other large furniture within 24 hours of purchase and they are sent on a next day service , you can call our office and we can give you tracker information or an estimated delivery window .On the delivery day of your choice, the delivery driver will call you an hour before your item is delivered.

Ground Floor Deliveries
Delivery will include the item being brought in to the appropriate room, but with only a maximum of 3 steps. Drivers are only able to deliver to the ground floor due to health and safety issues. If you need a range cooker delivered, we are happy to deliver to a garage or driveway. If you’d like us to bring it to the appropriate room, please request 2 man delivery during checkout with a cost of £29.99.
